New polls were released this week. They include a NPR poll, which puts former Vice President Joe Biden at 297 electoral votes, with Trump at 170. The latest Fox News poll has Biden leading President Trump in Michigan, Minnesota, and Pennsylvania. "In each state’s head-to-head matchup, the president underperforms both his 2016 vote share and his current job approval rating -- and Biden’s edge is larger than the survey’s margin of sampling error," according to the Fox News article, linked here. RealClearPolitics has Joe Biden at 49% of the national support, with Trump at 40%. That could all change with the announcement of Joe Biden's running mate and potential Vice President pick.
President Trump has a 41.2% approval rating nationally, according to RealClearPolitics.
