OPINION: Biden needs to be tested for cognitive decline

In an interview with CBS' Errol Barnett, Barnett asked Former Vice President Joe Biden, "Have you taken a cognitive test?" Biden responded, "No, I haven’t taken a test. Why the hell would I take a test? Come on man, that’s like saying, you, before you got in this program, if you take a test where you’re taking cocaine or not, what do you think, huh? Are you a junkie?” If he is confident about going against President Trump, why won't he take a test? Donald Trump aced that test.
Biden then responded, "Well, if he can’t figure out the difference between an elephant and lion, I don’t know what the hell he’s talking about. Did you watch that, look, come on man, I, I, I know you’re trying to goad me, but I mean I’m so forward looking to have an opportunity to sit with the president or stand with the president and debates. There gonna be plenty of time, and by the way, as I joke with’em, you know, I, I shouldn’t say it. I’m going to say something, I probably shouldn’t say.”
He claims he has never taken a cognitive test, after he said that he was "constantly tested" for cognitive decline a little more than a month ago.
Here is a list of reasons we should cognitively test Joe Biden:
He stated that if you don't know if you should vote for him or Trump, then you aren't black.
He said that he was running for US Senate.
He said that they will "take your AR-14's"
He called himself a "democratic caucus".
He called a student a "lying dog-faced pony soldier". (Those are both in the 4th video).
I do not believe that Joe Biden is fit to be president without the cognitive test results.
